Identity Instead of Citizenship
This letter was written as reaction on the article of Mr. Soros, in which he fully supports the Stability Pact for South East Europe which came out of the summit meeting in Sarajevo. But in the introduction he discussed the issue of citizenship, making difference between the two models, one based on ethnicity and the another on territory, and expressing his favour for the second one. He started his discussion with this issue possible under the impression that the cause of YU war could be in the first type of citizenship, in the ethnical one. But so far I knew, Yugoslav citizenship code was based on the second principle and in spite of this there erupted war. That means that the cause of the war could be in the organization of institutional system. My intention was to make him aware that before economic stabilization it would be good to make a social stabilization, because the latter was the main contributor to the war. Jews Are Playing More Games, Not Only Baseball
Author quoted Jonathan Rosenblum who reproached some Jews not keeping the Jewish rules. I tried to explain why 'Jew' is not possible to be explained with one game only. The Relativity of the Moral
Author argued that human's ability to do science is above  the capacity to evaluate its consequences. And as example was quoted the bio-clonong. The old question of moralty of the science. I just made somereflections about the theme. Clear the Definition of Human Rights
Authors tried to clear the definition of human rights and so make difference between human rights and political goals. I tried the same, making difference between human rights of nowadays and the individual rights of future, and I tried to visualize the practice of application of these rights. Here is my letter: INTERNATIONAL HERALD TRIBUNE (Letters to the Editor), Regarding: BEWARE, BROADENING THE DEFINITION, ...by Berthel Haarder and Charles Goerens in IHT from NOV 29, 1998 (OPINION/LETTERS)  >>>

The Present International Order
Authors quoted many examples of inhumanity in the present world and came to conclusion that the cause of these problems was the disrespect of international order that was created after WWII and they proposed as solution a better respect of this order. My estimations were that the present problems were the products of this system and if somebody wants to remove these problems than only with replacement of the existing system with a new one. Here is my letter: INTERNATIONAL HERALD TRIBUNE (Letters to the editor), Regarding: Lloyd Axworthy, Knut Vollebaek: NOW FOR A NEW DIPLOMACY ... IHT OCT 21, 1998  >>>

Instead of Reparing the Existing International Law, better New Law
Author proposed bringing a law which will enable countries combating ethnic rebels to do this so to be accord with law, not as it was in Kosovo. I found thait this is bypassing the cause of conflicts. To remove the cause new rules are necessary. Here is my letter: INTERNATIONAL HERALD TRIBUNE(Letters to the editor), Regarding: LEARNING FROM KOSOVO, Klaus B. Wenzel in "Letters ....", IHT OCT 21, 1998   >>>

Serb Defiance has Two Sides
Author tried to explane the latest events in Serbia by one element of Serb culture, the defiance. He quoted a popular joke according which the bodyguard of Milosevic disregarded the order of his boss, when in the same situation the bodyguards of American and French presidents followed the orders of their bosses. I think that, according the real situation in Serbia, this defiance function only to outside, for inside it seems that discipline pays. Social Sanity in Serb Interpretation
Author argued that NATOs threat to Serbia was insane, the Albanians were the culprits so they deserved what they got from Serbs. I found some relation between present events and some events in the past. Here is my letter: INTERNATIONAL HERALD TRIBUNE (Letters To The Editor), Regarding: INSANE THREATS by George Tintor in "Letters ...", IHT OCT 9, 1998 >>>

Who is to be Blamed for Kosovo?
Author proposed charging Albanians with responsibility for conflict and giving right Milosevic for how he dealt with them. I considered the proposal as unrealistic because Albanians would never accept this role of ‘culprit’ and so the problem would remain unsolved in spite of Serbia’s victory, waiting later date to go on. Here is my letter:. INTERNATIONAL HERALD TRIBUNE (Letters to the Editor), Regarding: Alan J. Kuperman, ‘A KOSOVO OPTION : ... ‘, IHT SEP 26-27  >>>

The Sources of Slovak Nationalism
Author, discussing the situation in Central and South East Europe made a statement that the present Slovak nationalism was supported by Slovak national minorities living in neihbouring countries. This can let impression that this nationalism had no domestic support, only that from abroad. My intention was to clear this question. Here is my letter: INTERNATIONAL HERALD TRIBUNE (Letters to the Editor), Regarding: William Pfaff : "...Romania in NATO...", IHT APR 11, 1997.   >>>
