Why there are refugees? The problem with the present state form(from standpoint of emigrants) is that officies are ready to let people to go, especially those not desired, but are not ready to give them compensation, to pay them what they earned(but not used completely) in the old state. So these people are forced to go to another state illegaly. This is the same situation when a consumer, employed by one employer has right to buy goods only in the supermarket owned by this employer, because the money he received for delivered work is valid only in supermarket of this employer. Consumer who need some good not sold in the supermarket of his/her employer will be forced to enter another supermarket without money. There could be some deal between owners of supermarkets(employers) but this is taking place out of control of consumer - employee. The solution of this problem is in market restructurization, to transform the existing monopolistic market situation into oligopoly or perfect competition. One currrency instead of more can help, but it is not sufficient. This transformation will require that some values, which are now expressed in moral or legal rules, to be expressed in money. One need to give monetary values to many things. In the man-made nature today there is a contradiction between the requirements:
- to egalize productivity and earnings as base for social integrity and one currency as visual form of this integrity
- and differentiate opportunity costs, what is the same as diverzify activities to ensure the emplyment, what is the direction to specialization and trade.
These two reqirements seem to contradict one another. There are also some elements of primary nature which are to be expressed in monetary values, territory for ex. The individual life should also have a value expressed in money. The common currency, how it is imagined in EU, took in account only the short run considerations of the business.
